Card Management updated functionality for RapidFire ATM XFS v2.4
RapidFire ATM XFS is getting an upgrade! Afferent Software is proud to announce our latest release of RapidFire ATM XFS, where we’ve made it even easier to manage your virtual ATMs test environments with the inclusion of our “walletized” card management framework.
This upgrade allows the management of virtual test cards, including EMV data, to be added to virtual wallets or test packs, making management of groups of cards significantly easier. Once added, users can now add a virtual test card to a named card wallet (or “test pack”) allowing the easy grouping of all test cards for a particular ATM device or project to be managed together.
And that’s not all! In addition to storing cards in convenient groupings, wallets can also be easily shared between existing RapidFire ATM XFS installations, allowing users to share cards between testers or teams – just like in the real world but with cards that can be infinitely shared once virtualized.
Example workflow:
- Configure (or better still, clone!) a physical test card
- Set up a new card wallet if required
- Add the card to a new or existing card wallet
- Repeat until you’ve added all your test cards
- Select the wallet for testing
- Sit back and replay all those old regression test cases just like you were doing before!
Once all required cards for a particular project or device test have been added, export and share this wallet with the rest of your test team!
